21 Parap Road, Darwin

21 Parap Road will be the first office building in the popular inner city suburb of Parap.

The building does not occupy the total footprint of the site but retains a landscaped deck. The northern boundary to provide optimum natural light to the building and create a shaded external space for day and after – hours use.
