Peddle Thorp has breathed fresh air into this high profile site at the gateway to Darwin’s City Centre.

Careful consideration has given to maximizing the exposure of the Shopfronts to the Highway without compromising protection of the building from the harmful effects of the sun.

Colourful highlights are eye catching together with the billboards which are part of the fabric of the building.

The design incorporates new Showroom space on the ground floor of both buildings and offices on the first floor of the building at the near of the site. All offices have external balconies that provide not only relief from air-conditioning but also sun protection for the glazed shopfronts below.
